Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Very Happy
It takes a great product to make me happy, and this is it!
I also have a 17" Sony that was much more money and this Viewsonic is just as good. No dead pixels, no ghosting, good price.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - great monitor
If spacing is an issue this is a great montor to have, I have gained a complete desk.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - The Geek is Impressed
I picked this up for Xmas for my boy, and I did examine options to see that it had a blacker black and a faster refresh, because it's used for FPS games. The statistics don't do it justice. This monitor is impressively more responsive and clearer than any of my previous LCDs. I've had about eight from various manuf, and this is by far the best. It doesn't have any usb ports, or speakers, but what I was buying was a monitor, not a peripheral, and this is the best, and it's less than the competition. Highly recommended.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Horrible Monitor!
Do not buy this garbage, it is the worst monitor from ViewSonic. I bought it because I finally decided to get rid of my CRT and get in the modern LCD world.. big mistake, this monitor sucks, it has burn in after only a month of use, it also has DEAD pixels on 2 corners of the screen - Customer support said not our problem. This pretty much makes your display into 15" instead of whats promised.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Hit & miss
We bought 2 of these monitors for gifts. One was perfect, the other had burned out pixels. Amazon replaced the defective one in the blink of an eye, with prepaid postage labels to boot. The replacement monitor was here in 2 days. BUT-it also had burned out pixels. This time Amazon said it would give us a refund "As it seems that the problem with this item is more widespread than we originally thought". I would look for a deal on another brand.
