Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - They need to tell people.
I believe in the title of the Essentials Kit they need to tell the customers that the PDA is NOT INCLUDED. I got the Essentials kit thinking that a pilot was included. When it got here I was shaking and shaking the box, but nothing came out but the kit. I was embarassed and irritated. They need to put it in BIG BOLD PRINT. DOES NOT COME W/ A PDA.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Not bad for the price
Has all the essentials. Not much use for the pen/stylus. Wish it had replacement styluses (or is it styli).

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Better off buying the items seperately
I've had the palm kit for over 2 years and the case is now starting to break on the edges from flipping it open anytime I use it. This is from normal use and not from even flipping the case open and holding it open. It seems the edge of the case is re-enforced with a piece of wire and the leather has worn away on both sides and exposed the wire to the point where it has broken on both sides.

The stylus/pen thing is not very useful and is a bad design. I'm not really sure which function I'll get when I turn and push down the button on top.

As for the screen protectors, I can tend to be a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to having no bubbles under the clear coat but that wasn't even the thing I was most disappointed with. I was going through a new protector almost every month because it would get more and more difficult to write in the same spot due to the wear on the protector. In the end I bought a Boxwave screen protector and I am much happier. Although the Boxwave screen protector is more expensive then all the other screen protectors, the one protector I have had for a little over a year is still going strong.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good case in a jam. Pen is an added bonus.
There's not a lot of options for my Z22. I wanted a flip style case and this came closest to fitting the Z22. It's about 3/4" longer than needed but the sides are snug enough to keep it from falling out. The flap makes for easy access and protects the screen while in my purse. The only negative is the lack of a catch or magnet to keep the flap closed, but I can live with that. I like the slim, flat design (no bulky plastic belt clip thingy sticking out in back). I didn't think the pen was all that necessary but after playing around with it, it became a permanent item in my purse. 2 colors, stylus, and pencil all in one. I haven't needed the 4 extra screen protectors so far but I'm sure they'll come in handy later. All things considered, not a bad 'kit' for 10 dollars.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Quality product/affordable price
The Essentials kit was very nice. Screen protectors are very nice to have. The case provides good protection without the hassle of velcro or snaps. The pen/pencil/stylus is a very cool product. You just tilt the pen with the pic of what tip you want facing up and click. A good all around kit.

Suunto has just added to its range of GPS watches with the new X10, but this gizmo doesn't just do navigation and time-telling. It's also got an altimeter function, barometer, digital compass and thermometer: Exactly the sort of equipment any self-respecting real tomb raider would find darn useful. Even better, the X10 has improved GPS reception for tracking in difficult locations, like under heavy foliage in the rainforest, a track-back function so you can retrace your steps if you're lost, and 33% more battery life than the previous X9i generation. It also records waypoints, so you can pinpoint where that ancient undiscovered ruined temple really was, and charges/connects over USB. Available in two colours in September, though there's no info on price. [Navigadget]
