I was mistaken by MSI
I bought a laptop with synaptic touchpad, and I receive one with sentelic touchpad. MSI changed the touchpad. Sentelic touchpad doesn't work well.

msi wind
good laptop for good price. but some bios options are not working. For example, if you turn off it as wifi, camera etc. enabled, when you turn on computer everything becomes disabled(not always happens). Fan always runs. Screen is a little bit grainy. A little bit thick.

WIND's exceptional abilities ...
THE MSI "WIND" has been a super investment. I recently traveled through eastern Europe (Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, & Romania), The WIND was a constant companion enjoying connections with Wi-Fi, thus access to my web accounts. The keyboard is easy to use as the size is almost as large as a standard computer, the screen is clear, and the mouse has good response. But I did miss the scroll-wheel. I purchased the long-life (6-hour) battery that turned out a good investment since re-charging overseas presents some obstacles. I downloaded digital photos along the way, freeing my camera chips for more extraordinary captures during travels. Yes, I am most pleased with my WIND purchase. Thanks.

Washed Out Screen
The matte screen on this unit was washed out. It is no where the quality of my Lenovo thinkpad. I had to use my reading glasses to read it. And it wasn't the text size. I can read the tiny text on my iphone fine. The display is just not of high quality in my opinion.

MSI Wind
Very fine small computer, 5 plus hour battery life makes it mobile,
good screen. Shipment as specified, well packed.
No manuals with product, just recovery disks. Manuals are online.
