GPS auto navigato
Obtained second hand but had all accessories with the exception of a users manual. In my case I had one since I have used the same make and model for close to 3 years. Upgraded easily through Garmin.

One of the best purchases of my entire life. Easy to use and extremely accurate. I've had this unit for over 2 years and it has sat in my car during 0 degree days and 100 degree days and I've never had a problem with it. A couple of months ago I did have to replace the cigarette lighter adapter for $49. The only cons are that if you're traveling in city downtown area the unit frequently loses it's connection because of the taller buildings so you should probably buy the antenna that comes with it. Also they don't offer a battery with this unit so you can't use it outside of the car.

Great System for a limited time.
This was a great system for about a year or so, when it worked. The problems started occuring one by one after about a year.
- The remote control stopped working first
- In about 2-3 months after that, the unit stopped being able to read the maps completely.
I tried to contact their customer service department and they were helpful in replacing my remote control. However to get the dang unit to work again, I would have to pay them about $300 (not to mention the original charge of $1,000+ for the unit).
I would not recommend this specific product (Garmin 2620).

Bought a Refurb - Excellent!!!
I paid alot less than retail, but purchased an extended warranty just in case.
I am amazed by this thing. It took a day or so to learn how to use it efficiently (lots of buttons, on-screen menus, etc., etc.) but, if I can use it, anyone can.
If you live in a rural area as I do, buy an antenna. The unit cannot find a satellite in my driveway without one. With the antenna, acquisition is instantaneous and plentiful.
My job takes me from Maine to Virginia. Over the years, I have spent many hours searching for a client's place of business. Add up all those years and all those hours... YIKES!!!
I guess there are other GPS navigation gizmos that offer more in the way of features. If I can have a map, turn-by-turn directions, and an audio message ("Turn right in 300 feet.") to guide me, that's just fine.
I look forward to never being totally lost again!!!
