I was not sure about this product but bought it anyway. I needed a way to listen to my t.v. in the back yard. We have SIRUS on the t.v. and like to party out side with friends and family. I LOVE THEM (the speakers)!! I used them all over the house and outside while working. They sound realy good. The speakers work on batterys or plug in to outlet, We can use them anywhere.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Addition to a Great Wireless System
What a great product. These speakers absolutely rock. They sound great, they are simple to use and they never miss a beat. I've had wireless speakers before and after standing on your head for a half hour to "tune them in" after about twenty minutes they need to be retuned. I've had these speakers running all day long and have never had to touch them again. I have them mounted in my gazebo with two simple screws each and they can be heard almost anywhere in my yard. Use them with batteries or plug them into a wall outlet, either works just fine.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Love the speakers
I love these wireless speakers. We installed two outside on our patio and bought an extra one to have in the kitchen. I hooked it up to the surround sound and can listen to the ball game, satellite radio, radio, or cds.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - works good
it has good sound for the price. I enjoy mine, it also has a long range.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Nice product
These speakers work very well. I like that I can easily expand the transmitter package by buying as many of these as I need.

This year has seen several young companies--including Orbius--offering to harness the power of social networking for business.

The proposed acquisition of Macromedia by Adobe is not a done deal. Both companies are under the scrutiny of the SEC, and it must also be approved by stockholders. While Macromedia/Adobe gives this process three to nine months, some industry analysts feel that is being overly optimistic. But assuming that all is goes as planned, Macromedia will cease to exist. Everything will be in the Adobe name and with the Adobe interface.

Virgin America formally launches: Last week, Virgin America offered free Wi-Fi on its single Internet-equipped aircraft, My Other Ride's a Spaceship. Today, the service goes commercial ($10 for flights 3 hours or shorter; $13 for longer flights), and the rollout to other planes begins. Virgin has a special URL--http://wifitracker.virginamerica.com/--that takes you to a tracking page showing which flights in progress have Wi-Fi, but they don't yet tell you how to determine whether a given flight you'll be on will offer the service. With 24 planes and a plan to add service one per week, that shouldn't be a problem for long.

Heathrow Airport Coach Link adds Internet service: Icomera, a leading transportation Wi-Fi firm, has added free Wi-Fi to FirstGroup's RailAir coach service that connects Heathrow Airport with Reading in England. RailAir runs every 20 minutes for a 50-minute route. FirstGroup handles 3 million passengers a day across all its routes, which makes it a plum market for future expansion.

Awareness Technologies adds Wi-Fi positioning for laptop recovery: Awareness is the latest firm to partner with Skyhook Wireless to use Wi-Fi positioning to its products, in this case Laptop Cop, software designed to aid in recovery. The software starts at $50 for a 1-year license, with discounts for quantity.
