A Musical Genius
Say you're listening to a song you really like and want to hear other tracks that go great with it. The Genius Playlist feature finds the songs in your music library that go great together and makes a Genius Playlist for you. It's like having your own highly intelligent, personal DJ.

Find Your Music Faster
It's even easier to find the song you want to hear. Now you can view your album art in Cover Flow. Or just press and hold the Center button to browse by album or artist. When you find the right song, press the Center button to add it to your on-the-go playlist.

Rock and Roll Over
Tilt or turn iPod nano on its side, and you'll listen, watch, and play in new ways. You can flip through your album art with Cover Flow. Or, vertically speaking, see more albums and artists on the screen at one time.

Shake Your Groove Thing
Sometimes, we could all use a little unpredictability. And now you can shake to change your music. Just give iPod nano a shake, and it shuffles to a different song in your music library. You'll always be surprised by what you'll hear.

Let the Games Begin
Now you can get in on games made especially for iPod nano and the accelerometer. They respond to the way you move, so they're immersive, addictive, and a blast. The iPod nano comes with Maze, which lets you work your way through vast mazes by tilting and moving. You can find even more games on the iTunes Store.

Even Your Photos Rock
Pull hundreds of photos from your pocket and share them wherever you go. Hold iPod nano upright and see your photos in portrait view. Turn the player on its side to see them in landscape. Your photos look beautiful in their proper aspect ratio on the vibrant, 320-by-240-resolution display.

The World's Biggest Small Screen
Watching movies, TV shows, and videos is big fun on iPod nano. And the high-resolution picture looks crisp and vivid on the 2-inch widescreen display. So you can always have a little video with you.

Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Love it
Having upgraded from a three-year old 1st generation nano, I was very impressed with this updated version as soon as I began to use it. I love pretty much everything about it: the price, appearance, the sound quality, the battery life, video, the extra features including some fun games and genius... everything. Out of all that, though, the interface and iTunes, I think, are probably the best features. The software is just so easy to use and intuitive. Nothing else comes close to what Apple has created, not even Zune (no matter how hard it may try). Just about the ONLY things I can complain about it are the tiny scroll wheel which can make games somewhat frustrating; and the tilt control, which is a tad bit too sensitive (I recommend turning off tilt cover flow if you like to blindly control your ipod from inside your pocket). Ultimately, the good FAR outweighs the bad, and I am very glad to have bought this iPod, especially since I saved $20 by buying on Black Friday.

Worth every dollar =)

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - I got what I paid for.
Okay so I got my ipod. I was so happy. Everything turned out great EXCEPT.

For some reason I couldn't set the calendar. It would always reset itself to The time zone in Vietnam. I live in california.

But after I did the firmware update, it was fixed.

I RECOMMEND YOU BUY THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. Maybe a body one too because if you EVER keep your ipod and your keys in the same pocket the body will get scratched up very easily.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - 4th Generation and getting better
My 13year old daughter loves this product. Seller was quick to get it to us.

This year has seen several young companies--including Orbius--offering to harness the power of social networking for business.

The proposed acquisition of Macromedia by Adobe is not a done deal. Both companies are under the scrutiny of the SEC, and it must also be approved by stockholders. While Macromedia/Adobe gives this process three to nine months, some industry analysts feel that is being overly optimistic. But assuming that all is goes as planned, Macromedia will cease to exist. Everything will be in the Adobe name and with the Adobe interface.

Virgin America formally launches: Last week, Virgin America offered free Wi-Fi on its single Internet-equipped aircraft, My Other Ride's a Spaceship. Today, the service goes commercial ($10 for flights 3 hours or shorter; $13 for longer flights), and the rollout to other planes begins. Virgin has a special URL--http://wifitracker.virginamerica.com/--that takes you to a tracking page showing which flights in progress have Wi-Fi, but they don't yet tell you how to determine whether a given flight you'll be on will offer the service. With 24 planes and a plan to add service one per week, that shouldn't be a problem for long.

Heathrow Airport Coach Link adds Internet service: Icomera, a leading transportation Wi-Fi firm, has added free Wi-Fi to FirstGroup's RailAir coach service that connects Heathrow Airport with Reading in England. RailAir runs every 20 minutes for a 50-minute route. FirstGroup handles 3 million passengers a day across all its routes, which makes it a plum market for future expansion.

Awareness Technologies adds Wi-Fi positioning for laptop recovery: Awareness is the latest firm to partner with Skyhook Wireless to use Wi-Fi positioning to its products, in this case Laptop Cop, software designed to aid in recovery. The software starts at $50 for a 1-year license, with discounts for quantity.
