Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - ROB'S RAVE
This is one of the best inventions I could want. But it is kind of expensive.20,00 songs. And countless pictures...Sounds incredible in my New Honda Accord.
LOVE IT!
ROB

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Not quite good enough.
I did a lot of research on MP3 players. The Ipod kept coming up at the top of the list. I wanted a player that I could listent to audiobooks on. I really thought I had purchase the right tool for this. I have heard for years that APPLE is super user friendly. It sure isn't in this case. I am very unhappy with this player. I wanted a player that I could listen to audio books on. Yes you can do this on this player but you can't or at least I haven't figured out how to load a book into a single folder. I have lots of audio books that I would love to put on this thing under their own name. The way it does it now is it list maybe 25 different disk. What a pain. Maybe I need to find a 15 year old to help me load this thing up. Apple sure doesn't have clear instruction on how to do it.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excelente producto

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A Novice reviews IPod Classic 80G
Having never owned any type of instrument like this, I was pleased with the ease of use. However, I MADE MANY MISTAKES AT FIRST. IApple iPod classic 80 GB Black (6th Generation)iPod & iTunes For Dummies, 6th Edition + DVD (Side by Side Bundle Version) (For Dummies) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF IPOD FOR DUMMIES.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Mostly Terriffic
Lets face it - the iPod is the most accessorized product on the market. With gadgets galore - that is half the fun of having one - more so then the Creative Zen Vision I had. It has a great sound and is easy to carry around on the go. I don't personally like having to eject it through iTunes to remove it - but it really isn't a terribly long process. iTunes is great for purchasing music - the Genius sidebar that actually makes mixes for you based on what music you have is also great. In some cases, it isn't quite work like my brain is wired to expect it to (and I dare not call it "worse" or "better" then Windows Media player - I am just very familiar and like many things about it better). I also don't like how difficult it seems to move your music around from computer to computer (My Creative product, I could pull music off and on easily no matter if I was at my home or work computer) - iTunes seemily makes this difficult (though I understand the necessity of that for my purchased items). I still love the product and will likely stick with iPods for the rest of my purchasing life.

I like the BGGA closures proposal and would like to see it become a 'bolt on' solution if it doesn't make it to Java 7.

I have just moved my personal site over to a new Typepad location.  You are all welcome to visit.

The site's archive will remain intact here until I can figure out how to map it to a new location.

Version 1.5.2 of Chiba Core, an open source, XForms library for Java. This release "adds the new Xforms 1.1 schema which is now configurable. Therefore the nil value is now valid for a bunch of Schema types like data, double and the like. Localisation has been improved and now falls back to US locale as default if incoming value cannot be parsed. A new appender has been added to logging."

Microsoft has acknowledged that exploit code is circulating for a still-unpatched vulnerability it first reported six months ago. But it's not clear when, or if, it plans to release a patch.
