Customer Reviews
Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Worked fine for me
Been using this card for about a couple of months now, and no memory failures yet. I think it'll probably go for a while. =D good card.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Everything is different now...
As a mild music enthusiast and rabid anti-applist (just finish my review before you jump all over me), I've been investing in high capacity non-iPod MP3-players since the year 2000 (I've never had less than 6 gigs capacity, and I've only owned 3, and only one of them ever broke). And like everyone else, I've kept my eye out for the newest and best player. Now, I never have to again.

I have exactly 5 gigs of music, no more, no less (it increases very slowly over the years). So the past few years has been tough for me, since all MP3 players seem to support either less than 3 or more than 30 gigs. And always with the new software and re-ripping and re-transfering of files... no more. This card has changed everything.

It fits and functions like a dream in my LG Venus. And to add music, I just pull it out, drag and drop, and put it back in. No more software, no more drivers, no more upgrades, no more compatability issues of any kind. And what if I get a new device in a couple of years? Retransfer my muic you say? Oh no. I Pull out the card, stick it in the new device, and voila!

And the possibilities and endless! Only need a gig or 2 of music? Fine. Want the full 8 gigs? Buy it. You need more? I'm sure 16 and 32 gig cards will be out by the end of the year. You pick the hardware that's right for you.

Why get an unnegotiable 8 gigs of memory you may not want or use, or be stuck with an archaic and problematic driver/software-based transfer method. And transferring music OFF of an iPhone? FORGET ABOUT IT! Choose flexibility. Choose MicroSDHC cards.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Perfect
The sandisk sd 6gb card is perfect for any smart phone or just for extra storage on any device.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Works as advertised.
The SanDisk 6gb card is a good value for the money. I installed it in my new Voyager VX10000 phone. Worked perfectly.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - It works great!!!
It came on time and works perfectly. Well worth the price, which is the lowest I found. The two adapters were a nice bonus but for some reason I can't simply plug the SD adapter directly into my computer I have to use the USB adapter even though there is a SD card slot on my computer.

The proposed acquisition of Macromedia by Adobe is not a done deal. Both companies are under the scrutiny of the SEC, and it must also be approved by stockholders. While Macromedia/Adobe gives this process three to nine months, some industry analysts feel that is being overly optimistic. But assuming that all is goes as planned, Macromedia will cease to exist. Everything will be in the Adobe name and with the Adobe interface.

Massachusetts expands trial of train-Fi: The state's train authority will spend $1.4m to expand a trial program for Wi-Fi on certain state commuter lines to all 258 coaches. The program's formal launch is Wednesday. The annual cost is estimated at $300,000, but the authority didn't try to estimate savings or other expenses involved in shifting people from cars to trains as a result of the service.

Skyhook says 300 iPhone apps access location: Location guru Brady Forrest breaks down the data about how many iPhone applications are aware of their surroundings. No numbers here about the number of queries per day Skyhook is handling from iPhones, which we would all love to know, but is certainly proprietary to their deal with Apple. Forrest doesn't mention another interesting sidenote: Skyhook corrects their database of Wi-Fi locations with every query sent by an iPhone, which as a highly mobile device, must have a dramatic effect on extending and enhancing their routine truck-based scanning.
